CRSC Group started operations in January 1982 with core business activities such as project management, property development and construction. Soon after, the group started to venture into hospitality, medicine and agriculture.

Since its incorporation, CRSC Group has grown to become one of the leading property developers in the country. The group has built an impressive track record by undertaking several multi-million ringgit projects where we have proven to deliver quality products and met our promised deadlines.

As a pioneer in the property industry, the Group together with a few others set up the Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (REHDA), an NGO representing all developers in Malaysia. REHDA meets with the relevant government bodies regularly to discuss current issues and work alongside them to meet the needs and requirements of the current buyers.

Behind the stage, CRSC Group works with a team of professionals, architects, surveyors and civil & structural engineers who not only provide efficient and innovative designs but technical and commercial solutions. Their abilities have always been a key contribution to the group’s success.

Datuk Seri Lawrence Low Wui Keong, P.M.W., D.S.S.A., D.P.M.P. is the Chairman of CRSC Holdings Berhad. Datuk Seri Lawrence Low started early in his career, coming from a family who are at the forefront of an established construction and property group. A business management graduate from United Kingdom, he has extensive experience in the construction and property sector. He is also on the Board of Directors of other private companies whose activities include property development and management.

Datuk’ Mohamed Salleh bin Bajuri is the Deputy Chairman of the CRSC Holdings Berhad. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts, Ireland. Datuk’ Mohamed Salleh has worked in many prestigious accounting firms. After his articleship in the UK, he started his career in Malaysia as a Senior Auditor with Peat Marwick before joining the Maybank Group, where he held various senior positions including General Manager of MayBank Finance and Malayan Banking Berhad. Later, he left Maybank for JB Securities Sdn Bhd as the Managing Director, a position he held before joining the CRSC Group. A former Chairman of the Association of Finance Companies in Malaysia, Datuk’ Mohamed Salleh is still active in various associations.To assist them in the management of the CRSC PropertyGroup, the Board of Directors have appointed a team comprising of experienced personnel. These people will handle the profitability and feasibility of all activities. They are also responsible for seeking new business opportunities.

Mr Goh E.Y. is the Group Financial Controller for CRSC Group and a Director for some of the Group companies. He is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant and Malaysia Institute of Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his first degree with honors in Accounting with Computing from University of Kent, Canterbury, England. He has been with the Group for more than 10 years. Previously, he was working for Hong Leong Finance Berhad as the Finance Manager for 5 years. He articled with Price Waterhouse for 4 years where he obtained his professional qualifications.

Mr. Chia Kim Puin is the Chief Operating Officer for CRSC Group and a Director for some of the Group companies. He is a graduate from The Robert Gordon University, United Kingdom with Master of Science in Construction & Property Management. Before joining CRSC Group, Mr Chia worked for 7 years in various capacities with few public listed companies and Class A Contractors.

Ms Tan Sok Get began her career in 1990 as a Bank Clerk in Kuala Lumpur Finance Berhad. She joined CRSC Group as an Accounts Clerk in 1993 and pursued her Accountancy profession during her employment with the Group and rose in rank to become the Accounts Manager within five years. In 2002, she was promoted to the position of a Hotel Manager at the age of 33. Currently she holds the position of the Deputy Financial Controller for CRSC Group.
 

Tourist Resort Development in Tasik Temenggor, Hulu Perak, Perak

The Belum Island Resorts Sdn Bhd a subsidiary of CRSC Group and Aman Resorts International are investing a total of RM 200 million to develop and operate an eco-tourism and island resort on Pulau Besar in Tasik Temenggor, Belum Forest Reserve.
