Sri Dato' Low Keng Seng, D.S.S.A.,
Chairman of the CRSC Group of
Companies. He has vast experience in the field of construction and
property development and management. He leads a team of
experienced professionals who are experts in their various fields.
Tan Sri Dato' Low is also on the Board of Directors of other
private companies whose activities include investment holdings,
property development and management.
Dato' Lawrence Low Wui Keong D.S.S.A.,
D.P.M.P., is the Group Managing Director of CRSC
Holdings Berhad. He is also Deputy Chairman of Ampang Park, the
premier shopping center in Malaysia, which was established in
1971. Dato' Low started early in his career, coming from a family
who are at the forefront of an established construction and
property group. A business management graduate from United
Kingdom, he has extensive experience in the construction and
property sector. He is also on the Board of Directors of other
private companies whose activities include property development
and management.
Mr. Tony Low Wei Choong is the
Group Executive Director of CRSC Holdings Berhad. He has been with
the company since it started operation and holds a Master's Degree
in Business Administration. He is also the Managing Director of
Fung Keong Rubber Works and Director of NIC (UK) Ltd (subsidiaries
of General Corporation Berhad).
Dato' Mohamed Salleh bin Bajuri
is the Group Executive Director of the CRSC Holdings Berhad. He is
a qualified Chartered Accountant and fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accounts, Ireland. Dato' Mohamed Salleh has worked in
many prestigious accounting firms. After his articleship in the
UK, he started his career in Malaysia as a Senior Auditor with
Peat Marwick before joining the Maybank Group, where he held
various senior positions including General Manager of Maybank
Finance and Malayan Banking Berhad. Later, he left Maybank for JB
Securities Sdn Bhd as the Managing Director, a position he held
before joining the CRSC Group. A former Chairman of the
Association of Finance Companies in Malaysia, Dato' Mohamed Salleh
is still active in various associations.
To assist them in the management of the CRSC MediGroup,
PropertyGroup and HotelGroup, the Board of Directors have
appointed 3 Chief Operating Officers. These people will handle the
profitability and feasibility of all activities that fall within
their respective groups. As Chief Operating Officers, they are
also responsible for seeking new business opportunities. |
